Vendor Packet
Thank you to the businesses and organizations who will be participating in this year's Central Florida Veg Fest!
Here are the vendor announcements.
Here is the vendor information sheet. Due to COVID-19, unfortunately it is not possible to have a regular Central Florida Veg Fest at Orlando Festival Park. Instead we are creating mini fests on two days at several locations. The event will also include a food crawl with prizes to encourage attendees to go to different veg restaurants and the mini fests. Mini fests will take place at DaJen Eats, Infusion Tea, and Market on South on both Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A limited number of vendor spaces will be available at each location. Every effort will be made to assign registered vendors to the the day and location of their choice. Vendors will be guaranteed one full day at a location. If space is available, vendors may request to set up on both days (at no additional cost). The vendor fees are 50% of the usual amount (vendors who participated in Central Florida Veg Fest 2019 or Central Florida Earth Day 2019 will receive an additional 20% off). Vendors who registered and paid for Central Florida Earth Day 2020 (and did not request a refund) will pay 25% of the usual fee and will still retain full credit for the next regular event (Veg Fest or Earth Day) of their choice. We want to create the safest possible event. Vendors must commit to require proper masking and social distancing among their staff and guests. Vendor setup information will be posted on this page on October 21. Please check back for that information and other updates. If you are interested in being a sponsor or vendor at Central Florida Veg Fest, please complete the online Vendor Packet (click the button below).
