The 18th annual Central Florida Veg Fest will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Orlando Festival Park near downtown Orlando. Also please join us for the 19th annual Central Florida Earth Day on April 20, 2024 at Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando. Both events are organized by Vegetarians of Central Florida.

Veg Fest is a family-friendly, dog-friendly, alcohol-free, and smoke-free event. Central Florida Veg Fest is organized by Vegetarians of Central Florida. Vegetarians of Central Florida also organizes Central Florida Earth Day and hosts regular events. Tthe host of Veg Fest is Shannon Blair of Solutionary Species. Shannon is president of the nonprofit Solutionary Species, and one of the co-founders of Animal Activism Mentorship, a free program for anyone wanting to learn how to better advocate for animals. Shannon is the East Coast Campaign Manager for Million Dollar Vegan, Director of Parenting & Activism for APlantBasedDiet.org, and is also a Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator! |

Central Florida Veg Fest is participating in AnimalHerotober, a global push to help all species of animals and a project of Be an Animal Hero. Its director, Susan Hargreaves, will describe the project at the Presentation Tent at 12:50 p.m. Susan is the founder of Animal Hero Kids, a charity that empowers youth by providing them with school presentations that highlight animal rescue, advocacy, and promotes a cruelty-free existence by youth.
Metro Orlando Vegan Eats is holding a vegan food drive at Veg Fest for our friends and neighbors in need. Please bring non-perishable, vegan food to their booth.
