If you have any questions after reading the packet, please call (321) 331-1859. Applications must be mailed and not e-mailed or faxed. Please mail your application as soon as possible. Deadline for applications is September 30, 2011. Late applications may be accepted if space is available (to inquire, please call don't e-mail). Note: there are still a limited number of spaces available.
Please note that the massage table or chair rate is exclusively for licensed massage therapists and the nonprofit rates are exclusively for registered nonprofit organizations.

Vendor orientations at the park will happen on the following days and times (subject to change): Saturday, 10/8 at 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.; Monday, 10/10 at 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10/13 at 5:00 p.m.; Monday, 10/17 at 5:00 p.m.; and Thursday, 10/20 at 5:00 p.m. Vendors, especially new ones, are strongly encouraged to attend a vendor orientation.
